record for tax and insurance, assuming the responsibilities and liability for
these functions.
You remain as the Job-Site Employer and retain supervisory, hiring,
termination and directing job functions of the joint employees. You make
one payment each pay period to cover payroll checks, taxes, company-funded
benefits and administration fees.
